Serve as a point of contact for all employee communication regarding benefits, including new hire enrollment, employee discount administration, eligibility, open enrollment, continuation of coverage, and claims research and resolution.
Prepares census data reports for plan audits, renewal planning and/or as required by law to be filed with federal and state agencies, such as Internal Revenue Service, Department of Labor, insurance commissioners, and other regulatory agencies.Assist with employee communications/education materials, update benefits booklets as necessary, assist with conducting benefits orientation.Administer employee benefits programs including but not limited to medical, dental, vision life insurance Commuter, short and long-term disability, worker’s compensation, EAP, etc.This position will assist with the administration of employee benefits including Health Benefits, 401(k), Wellness Program, EAP, Life Insurance, Short-term and Long-term Disability and other employee benefits.
